Our CLEANSING CREAM will leave your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. As you massage this gorgeous blend into your skin it will dissolve the oil that does not belong on your face, trap and remove debris. As you cleanse the skin your natural oils will come into balance leaving nourished and moisturized skin. Detergent based facial cleansers throw this out of balance often stripping your skin of natural oils and creating a viscous cycle of dehydrating, over hydrating and blemishes. When you transition to the oil cleansing method you may observe some upset in your skin. This is part of the transition to a beautifully balanced face. This blend is an excellent choice for all skin types.
Why no castor oil? Castor oil has notable cleansing properties but the harvesting and manufacturing exposes workers to a compound that can be toxic. This is reason enough to avoid this oil at OOliva. Our research led us to a wonderful blend that does an excellent job of cleansing your skin.
Store in a cool dry area under 68°F; away from direct sunlight.
Rinse your face with warm water. Warm a pearl-sized amount between your fingers and gently press and massage into your face and neck always moving upwards for 2-5 minutes. Keep it on your skin for another minute. Soak a soft washcloth in warm water and apply to your face and hold it for 10-15 seconds. Slowly and gently wipe the oil away. Rinse the washcloth and repeat until the oil is removed from your skin.
